NOTIFICATION Dated 30-01-12

It is for information of all concerned that the Pass Certificates of all candidates of SET/2011 are ready for issue. For this, the candidates who have not collected Provisional Certificate shall have to come personally and submit the Original copy of Mark-sheet of P.G. examination, Original SET Admit Card, Cast-Certificate (excepting General cast), Physically/Visually handicapped certificate (where applicable) with a fee of Rs. 200/-. Those who have collected the Provisional Certificate and also paid Rs. 200/- as fee for Pass Certificate will get their certificates by post but those who have not paid Rs. 200/- as fee for Pass Certificate at the time of collection of Provisional Certificate shall pay the fee (200/-) through Bank Draft in favour of the Member Secretary, SLET Commission, Assam (N. E. Region) payable at SBI Gauhati University Branch (No. 2060). On receipt of the fee, the certificates will be sent through Post.

Message to the aspirant candidates who want to appear in SET

The SLET Commission, Aassm ( N.E. Region ) has received the accreditation for holding the next SET,2011 from the UGC ( NET Bureau ). The date for holding the next SET,2011 will be notified in the lading dailies, Employment News.

So, the candidate are advise to go through the lading news papers etc. from the middle part of March,2011 onwards.

It is for information of all concerned that the provisional Pass Certificate will be issued from 24-10-11. The candidates who have declared pass (cleared) the SET, 2011 are to apply for the same with the following documents.

  1. Admit Card of SET, 2011 (in original)
  2. Mark-sheet of the P. G. examination Final/ 3rd and 4th Semester (in original)
  3. Caste Certificate/ Special category Certificate (in original)
Fee of Rs. 50/- to be paid in each.

The candidate may collect it personally from the SLET Commission office or through authorised person. In case it is collected through authorised person, the signature of the authorised person must be attested by the applicant.
